BETA Records and In Tune Monthly today announced a collaborative venture extending each firm’s reach into variety of media

In Tune MonthlyNEW YORK, N.Y. (CitizenWire) — BETA Records and In Tune Monthly today announced a collaborative venture that will extend each firm’s reach into a variety of media. “BETA Records, being a music, TV, online and music publishing company, is an ideal match with In Tune Partners, a music magazine, book and e-publisher,” states Chris Honetschlaeger, BETA President.

“For example, In Tune Monthly will supply script content for a new segment of the popular BETA Records TV program, taking both our brands to new audiences,” notes Irwin Kornfeld, In Tune CEO.

The new programming segment, “In Tune Music News,” will soon become a regular part of the BETA Records TV show aimed at young musicians and music fans. The half-hour weekly show, seen weekend mornings and in the after-school time block, is syndicated to 157 network-affiliated broadcast television stations in 116 markets, reaching 76% of U.S. households. In Tune reaches 42,000 music educators who teach 8 million middle and high school music students, and who buy In Tune as a text for 35,000+ young musicians.

“BETA and In Tune share similar goals of offering media designed to expand the horizons of young singers, players and music fans,” Honetschlaeger stated. “Matching In Tune content to BETA Records TV is a perfect fit in the on-going evolution of the show’s music education offering,” he added.

“We’re excited about working with BETA Records to create a TV version of our print features,” Kornfeld said. “We’re also looking forward to previewing BETA Records TV content for America’s music teachers and students through our magazines and websites,” Kornfeld added.

“I think our combined resources will boost the show’s viewership to extraordinary levels while bringing wide-scale awareness of the importance of popular music education,” Honetschlaeger stated.
