Pathbuilders Inc. adds Pam Tipton to Consulting Team Supporting Customized Client Engagements

Tipton joins the team with more than 22 years of diverse career experience in Fortune 100 corporations and non-profits. She will be responsible for strategic direction and execution of program expansion for customized client engagements.

Tipton has held leadership positions within operations, marketing, product development and regulatory policy. While in these roles, she was known for fostering the professional growth of others and enhancing the performance of individuals and teams.

Prior to joining Pathbuilders, Tipton most recently served as a director of regulatory policy at AT&T Corporation. She also worked with Dress for Success Atlanta on program development, strategic planning and volunteer management. Tipton holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Agnes Scott College and a master’s degree from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Tipton serves on the advisory board for the Gabriel Center for Servant-Leadership, is a dedicated volunteer and advisor for Dress for Success Atlanta, and is an active member of the Executive Women of Goizueta. She also volunteers as a consultant for non-profit organizations through the Atlanta Business School Alliance.
